I went through my folder on the Match profiles and this man Jake Brown has 69 profiles between 6/19/2011 and 9/09/2011.

I have also been contacted by "Chris" on 9/15/11 within a couple of days of joining Match.com. I was also contacted by 3 others at about the same time and all of them show classic traits of scammers. When writing their "love" notes, it is in perfect english but when they have to answer a direct question, it is broken english, all lower case, etc. I also find it humorous that it will take several minutes for them to answer a question like, "We are you from originally". The IM will show them as typing a response for several minutes before I get a response. I suspect that it is because they have to look in the logs to see what profile information they told me. I also noticed that "Chris" would suddenly have to log out because "his friend wants his laptop back" and as soon as "Chris" would log out, one of the other contacts ("Captain Paul Royson from Florida") would come online. Also, their answers don't match up. For example, if they say they are in Iraq (or Eraq) which is GMT +3 timezone but then provide a time that is GMT +5 timezone when answering the question of "What time is it where you are?"

2 days ago (9/6/11) I decided to finally join Match.com. Within minutes Sargeant Chris Haggard from Bedford TX IM'd me. He said he was 47 and stationed in Baghdad. He had me move over to yahoo and was using a stupid account name Drp Tpld <drp.tpld@yahoo.com>. He was saying all the right words, too perfect. Today, I decided to Google him and came across this website. THANK YOU. Surprising to see that this person(s) use the same story and and same pictures over and over again. At least he won't be bothering me anymore after what I had to say to him tonight!

3 days ago I join a site called millionairedates.com and a man contacted me with the nickname Correcttionarm211 and his name Haggard gardner and says it's Sgt U.S. Army and sent me some pictures. I started looking for information on facebook and google and found an article about scammers internet dating pages and I started researching more and to my surprise is the same look you speak, these are the letters He sent to me:

About my family; I have a relatively large family,however, unfortunately we are all not as close as we were in our youth.I have one younger sister who recently got married and living in Curacao with her husband. And also two half-brothers after the divorce of my parents. As you might be able to imagine, divorces can cause great turmoil in families, particularly for the children. My family was no exception. Both my parents did re-marry and it was difficult for along time after. That's a whole other can of worms that perhaps sometime I will tell you about. I will say that all of these things occurring in my life although very difficult have made me stronger, wiser and better. We used to spend certain holidays at my grandmothers before she passed away. She really was the glue that held our family together. Things changed a lot after that, (as I knew it would) but holidays were spent after at my mothers.
I'm single and have been alone for the past 4 years without going into any relationship just because I want to make the right choice. I divorced my wife because she ended up spending so much time outside in clubs and gambling than being with me. I say that for a couple reasons: 1) it demonstrates to me the depth of your person; & 2) it shows that you take what you do and who you encounter with great consideration, traits that I admire and continue to cultivate in myself.

I'm glad you go to Church. I am a Christian and was raised in the Christian faith, by virtue of my grandparents. They were the ones who took me to church on Sundays as a child. Although my parents too,were raised in the church they didn't attend regularly. My faith waned as a teenager as I began to see and hear things concerning the church (i.e leaders, members) that I didn't understand. My nativity led me to believe that all the good people went to church, so that when I discovered that that wasn't the case, I was devastated and hurt. It disillusioned me to the point that I didn't attend anymore. I didn't stop believing in God and imparted it to the people I come in contact with, but it was a tough blow for my young mind and heart that took several years to work through. Since,I have learned that the church (the building) is a hospital for the spiritually sick, just as a hospital is for physically sick. That through Jesus Christ all can recover and it is a process and journey that each person must work out for themselves. Ultimately, I now understand we will answer to the Lord and be held accountable for all that we do. So we must work out our own souls salvation. In this I'm now content, that is, not to become overly concerned about what others do, good, bad or indifferent, at least to the point of great devastation, but to continue to work on my own imperfections. I believe if I can change myself for the better, then everything else will change as well.
I don't have any problem with my partner's religion. I believe everyone has his or her ways of doing things. The most important thing to me is understanding each other, and explaining why you think you want things to be the way you want it to be. At the end day of the day it left with the two to come to understanding and do what they think is the best for them. No third party.

AS I told you earlier, I truly want the opportunity to get to know you, all of you. I was raised by a strong catholic mom she taught me so much about caring for people and accepting them as who they are .. respect, honor,dignity, honesty,compassion,and love.. were some of the strongest features that were instilled in me.I like to take things at their natural rhythm when it comes to relationships.
