Adding more information... he contacted me through a professional network called LinkedIn, see attached for the original LinkedIn profile, however he seems to have multiple.
He claims he lives in the U.S. I have two telephone numbers for him , one registered to a New York area, the other in Florida. I had called him on those numbers and he answered directly.
