My name is Mr. Paul Rumpiah Williams and I work for a zoological
company in Ghana, located in Western Africa as the interim purchasing
manager following the resignation of our purchasing manager who was my

Triumph Oil & Gas has temporarily stopped issuing a fresh seller mandate certificate to new intending license operators for this present sales operational season. This is due to excessive and outrageous applications received during this 2023/2024 sales operational season. Nevertheless as a staff and insider in this petroleum agency, I have a well packaged procedure by which you can officially own a seller mandate certificate in your name or your company's name as the case may be if you strictly follow my instructions.

I have been able to locate a dormant license number Tri/9882MLS2/AFCON belonging to (AFCON OIL AND GAS PLC). This License has not been operative for more than 2 years due to the unavailability of the company to procure products with this License and therefore has been declared dormant by Triumph Oil & Gas. The capacity of this license is one Million Barrels of ALBA per month.This license attracts a host commission of $3.00 per barrel sold, If we are able to sell the complete one million barrel allocated to you at the end of the month.

I know the Attorney in charge of this dormant license and he has agreed to reassign this license to a new beneficiary as soon as am able to have a good business understanding with the new partner.The oil lifting license will be re-assigned to your names/company names as you wish which will take couple of days. (3) Upon laboratory confirmation of your sample as okay. The contract for the supply of 12,000 pieces will be awarded to you. The entire amount for the supply of this 12,000 pieces of raw materials will be made available to you by my company. You are not required to spend any of your money for this large quantities of purchase. You only provide a Bank-Account to receive the Three million wire. My company will pay $250 for each sachet, and the total of Twelve Thousand pieces will amount to: 12,000 X $250 = $3,000.000.(Three million dollars- USD). And upon receipt of $3Million, you'll be required to pay the raw materials seller fifty dollars for each sachet: 12,000 X 50 = $600,000. (Six Hundred Thousand USD),to be paid the farmer while the rest $2,400.000 is our profit to be shared 50/50.

OUR PROFIT IS:
3,000,000 minus $600,000 = $2,400,000. (The profit divided by two). You go home with $1,200,000 and me too.

Secondly, this business will not interfere with your daily business routine as only 10 minutes of your time will be required to read and reply your emails for instructions.

By the above explanation, you can see that there is absolutely nothing worrisome or illegal on this trade encounter, it's just an opportunity to grab few profits before the source expires because no opportunity lasts forever. Please, we must try to handle this with utmost confidentiality, no phone conversation so long I am still actively involved under my boss whom I didn't disclose this business to.
