Welcome Chris and thanks for letting us know. I hope you'll find that having your pictures here will eventually put an end to the identity theft you've been experiencing. At least they clear your name and prove your innocence. If you are contacted by women who've been scammed, please refer them to his thread and hopefully they will understand more quickly that your pictures have been used without your knowledge, by West African criminals, liars and thieves.

Seems to be an amazing trend! From what I have read, I have noticed this is been going on for nearly 4 years. Still happening. Fortunately for me my sister is nosey. I met this person and am currently still in contact with them. I am a sucker for military! Being my family has a military background. I did ask questions. I was given and address in Denver which then we went and received info on the owner. When I had stated the house did not belong to him, he told me it was his fathers who has past. I was asked for a care package. Didn't seem out of the ordinary for me. It has been since he said he would be home December 16 here in Denver and I started getting random things. Jewelry, shoes, phones, laptops. If anyone knows you cant send phones and laptops international with anything lithium. My sister came across the address I was given and took it upon herself to GOOGLE it. Needless the facebook page that references the person I have been talking to is not an american soldier.

We also GOOGLED the photos of Chris that were sent to us and there are several links to African decent facebook pages. I did become started to be more concerned when I had someone who did friend me for facebook. Considering most ppl I talk to or associate with are fairly close friends of friends of friends.

GOOGLE, GOOGLE, GOOGLE. You may not always find anything but man these pictures came out of the woodwork when entered. Really wish I would of said something to someone before I started. I now know better. Needless to say my father a retired Gunny. LOL had a very nice long conversation with me.

Please cease all contact with the scammer and do not tell him that you know he's a scam. Especially do not tell him he's exposed here. This is important because you might inadvertently tell him something or provide him with information to help him hone his skills and avoid being detected. If he learns he's exposed here, he will change his username and email address immediately and this will negate any information posted on him. We won't be able to warn his new victims until someone posts again.

this is the person who is using these photos to scam women. He has another fb page but I will have to get that info from my sister. The other pages has pictures of the things they have had people send them. Ex the care package, shirts, shoes, phones, computers, etc

He is also is going under Frank Ramos,,same story but has a daughter that is living in Ghana with a friend,he asked me to send money to her (didn't).Her so called name is Lizzy Ramos.He is using frankramos234@yahoo.com,,she is using lizzyramos@yahoo.com.He is using the same picutres on this sight.No idea where he got the girls photo,She looks african american.He said his wife was African American.he has a lot of Facebook pages type in Haggard or Ramos or Brown,,,William,Bill,.Says I dont trust him and he gets mad.Still talking to him just to see what he does. Contacted me through match.com on 2/8/13. Said I was the first and only that he was drawn to. Real smooth. Saying and e-mailing all of the right words. Promises of a future and lifetime together. Was sent the same pictures as posted on here. Was asked to send a care package and contact a diplomat who is a retired major. The e-mail I received was obvious that it wasn't from an American. The instructions given on where and how to send the package and the address to send it to didn't make sense - he's stationed in London, office is Ghana, ship to West Africa:

I was asked to send him the package via US Mail and e-mail him with the tracking information. Naturally, it all didn't add up. No package was sent.
