Originally met him on Tinder. Claims to be half-American half-Albanian, a construction site manager that travels to various places to work, notably South Africa, California, Russia, Buffalo, NY. He always claims emergencies (such as his mother dying, contracting COVID-19, getting sick from the hepatitis B he contacted from his cheating ex-girlfriend, his ex-best friend Aaron shooting him, being kidnapped multiple times, his bitcoin accounts being hacked, being falsely accused of drug smuggling in South Africa) and will beg for funds using the bitcoin wallet 3AY8R2q7P06ETYywxXtmGu-TQVBkavwCJ10. He will also request Apple gift cards. He will rush you to make these money transactions so you have no time to think. He will tell you that he has millions and will pay you back, but he never does. He will have you send bitcoin so he can purchase plane tickets to come see you and promise to pay you back, but then stand you up at the airport. He will gaslight you a lot, and state that he had lost money because you have stressed him out and guilt you to send more.
He will say the camera on his phone does not work so he can always avoid video chat. He states that he went to college at a university in Texas and received a B.S. in engineering. He then moved to Brooklyn. NY before traveling around to various construction jobs as a constructor site manager. He sends photos of his private parts as an “expression of love.” He will also request nude photos in return. He claims to be the identical twin of Jayme Drummond, the Facebook account that was referenced in this post.
If you ever question him, he will become angry. He exhibits severe mood swings and eventually will only be nice when he wants money. He will threaten you and ask for ransom money in order not to hurt others in your life.
He has other individuals he has associated with who have also tried to scam me out of money. Victor Andres Louis, who claimed to be his attorney during his drug smuggling trial attempted a romance scam with me as well. Victor’s email is
vict01.esq@gmail.com. He uses the same bitcoin wallet as Bryan Welsh. Victor is supposedly serving a prison sentence in South African prison.
