how can they record from a wbcam? If they steal pictures how do they know the person they steal from was on skype at some point? those scammers must be aufully smart to figure out how Makes no sense to me. if they steal pictures ok but to know a person uses skype and how to steal their skyping info is beyond my technical ambition and brain

You see at 0:07 that here you can choose a "video source" (not just "webcam", which would be what you naturally expect?)
So a black male gang can be "Uwe", "David Young", "Stuart James", "Briana Lee" etc etc.
These gangs do it every day. In fact, they do nothing else but cheating in their lives, impersonating these men.
