i tried but its impossible to speak to anybody and theres no email addy to write to with a report of being defrauded

To report a fraud, call Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040. I actually called them and was able to speak with the officer .

What did they tell you?
I made a report online for being stolen US$13K, the scammer's collecting point was in London for MoneyGram.
(Have not heard from them, not that I was expecting to)
