I met a guy says his name is Jordan Murphy and the photo he's using I've been talking to him for over a month now
Is he a scammer.whos the guy that picture he's using

Welcome, yes indeed: standard West-African fake profile romance scam, as always when someone with this man in the profile contacts you, so the answer to both your questions is this actual topic title.
Please post his email address and phone number that this Nigerian gang used for chatting with you so we can look it up, and never confront these gangs, they are organized criminals

Thankfully for this site I saw his picture and realized I was being scammed. He is going by Jordan Reid Johnson, has two kids and his wife has passed. On KIK his name is Jordan Reid, goodheart50. On yahoo messenger is id is reidjordan59 and email is Ried_Jordan@yahoo.com. He asked me to type up a letter for his leave and send it to USARMY.AFFAIR@USA.COM, hasn't asked me for money but Im sure eventually he would. I told him I was scammed before by military man and asked to see him on video chat. He sent me a request on yahoo messenger, he claimed couldn't see me but what I saw was a him in his uniform he was moving but couldn't hear him, I heard a voice of a foreigner asking if I could see him then chat ended. He did it again and was the same guy speaking but couldn't hear him, it actually looked like an exact video from the first chat. He gave me a phone number to call but there was no recorded message and he received my texts but couldn't text me. All seemed very odd. I noticed the name on his uniform was Jordan and asked isn't the name on a military uniform your last name not ur first he told me now the army is different then other branches yeah okay
