He was able to send you all those things, including money because they use stolen credit cards, and stolen cash. Very small investment on his part, which was nothing out of his pocket, to secure a potential job (meaning you) to get big bucks back from.

If you used any of that cash he sent you (the 1,000), that winds up being illegal activity that you were inadvertantly involved in. Hopefully, the owner of the stolen cash won't be able to trace it to your bank. I would talk to an attorney about this one though if I were you, asap, since right now money laundering, and receiving goods via stolen credit cards is involved.

In the meantime, please, DROP this creep. Just drop him, do not confront him (believe me, that gets ugly when you do that) and leave him wondering. Block ALL ways of contact.

Also, please provide the following so this doesn't happen to other ladies:

1.) His email address
2.) His IP to his email
3.) Emails where the requests for money or ipods were done. Or IMs on this.
4.) All phone numbers he used, addresses to send stuff, etc .

I was contacted by Samuel Nite on Badoo. After talking he said he was 34, originally from Greece, lived in Miami Fl, and taking care of his deceased parents house and things. He said he had been in Florida for 4 years. He worked at a business that imported and exported rice to different countries. He told me he worked out alot, didn't have any friends (only 1 that he worked with), was single for about a year, and his last girlfriend cheated on him. He was very sweet and polite. He would always call me princess. He asked for my yahoo id and we have been chatting on there. He did send some pic's to my email address also. All of the pics sent were of the same person, who after some research was found to be Cody Cummings a porn star. I thought it was too good to be true. We haven't been talking that long so no money, phone numbers, etc was exchanged. His yahoo id is nitesamuel. He did talk in some broken English so figured he was a foreigner and when he said he was from Greece, that made sense. Last night via yahoo messenger he said he loved me only after a few days of talking. Thought that was really weird. That's what led me to do some research on this person I was talking to.

This guy got me tonight.

He invited me on chatbazaar.com, username get your sneakers. He said his name was Ken and said he was a 33 year old chemical engineer from "around Philadelphia" PA. We really hit it off quickly, so we went to chat on Skype. His Skype ID is metsbest25. He gave me a msn ID at first, metsbest@msn.com.

He also said he just broke up with his gf two months ago b/c they argued a lot. I didn't talk to him on the phone or anything, but on writing he didn't sound as if he had broken English at all, like some previous users have said. He used a lot of exclamation marks and many, many compliments, saying how cute I am all the time (I sent him a pic via Skype file transfer). It made me suspicious.

Once I saw his profile pic I knew there was no way he was who he said he was. I offered to video chat, he said no b/c he just worked out and looked rough. I said I did too, I don't mind (the truth). He wouldn't. Kept changing the conversation to sexual things, I kept changing the subject, and he kept going back to sex. He never mentioned money or anything like that. But I knew since he wouldn't video chat he was hiding something, so while he was talking about masturbating (lol) I did a google image search and found him on this site.

I told him I found him on a scam site online (didn't give him the name) and of course he was SO SHOCKED and COULDN'T IMAGEINE WHY... lol I read on here how I shouldn't do that and won't alert them in the future, but didn't realize it this time...sorry.

I blocked him. Good thing I only gave 30 minutes of my life to this jerk. And I agree with previous users, he is smooth. Very complimentary, and seems very sweet.

And last, but not least, may I just say Cody Cummings is FINE!!

Not sure if this is the same person but I have been chatting with a guy on oasis dating site with the username benjrou using the same photos.. Says he is from Canada but been in Melbourne Australia for 3 years. Has a skype account same name always wants to use cam but isnt willing to do the same, says he doesnt have cam on his phone.. Am a bit skeptical and after reading these posts I shall be cutting all contact.

I met this fake in some online free chat room I found through Google search, just looking for casual conversation. Anyways, this man was the first to send me a private message, so I said why not.. We chatted for about 20 minutes until he asked if I had yahoo messenger. I said yes, so he gave me his user name and we chatted on there for a good 30minutes. I shared just a few pictures of me to him and I than asked him if he had any of himself.. He showed me 3.. I asked if he had more, but he said the others were on his laptop which he so happened to leave at work..Hmm that's already suspicious don't you think.... But suddenly he had 1 more picture to share which I automatically questioned. Luckily from watching the TV show CatFish I saved one of his pictures in my folder and uploaded it to google image search, and viola, I find this page and his true identity. The fake said he was from Pennsylvania, and he works as a scientist and that he's a nerd. Immediately after he shared his lousy 3 I mean 4 pictures with me, I could tell right away he was a scammer, a fake, a liar! I don't understand why people have to fake their identity... Is it really worth the time, the trouble, the headaches !? For Christ sakes, people have NO lives... Unfortunately after I put him on blast, I read on here that you should just walk away from them and that it leaves them wondering, etc. But hopefully this creep will learn that it's not ok to pretend that you're someone you're not!! Be yourself, it's far more attractive. Or not, his true identity must be horrid if he has to really fake who he is. I've watched enough CatFish, I've watched enough predator TV shows, I'm smarter than that, I'm smarter than him obviously. If he or future, previous scammers using his photo's were so smart, they wouldn't be doing it in the first place, knowing the gift of the internet reveals everything!! Oh and I asked if he had a Facebook, he said no, too much drama... He's the drama... F***IN fake! I've caught on, you cannot fool me... Nice try though. One day he's going to fool the wrong person... Karma's a motherf***er just wait!

Hi! Just suffered from him! Lost 500$ on last Friday. He found me on tagged.com. We replaced our communication in skype. All was great! Great pics of him, wonderful care man. He said he's Ernest Owusu Nimoh, 40 y.o., lives in Fl, Port Charlotte, has a big house, 3 cars. When I noticed why time isn't american in his profile he said now he is in Ghana for 2 months and come back in the end of December. He said he has a son of 7 y.o., his wife died, 2 years ago was given up by gf from Oklahoma. He called me from phone number +233572598049. I talked to his son even some times. Skype ID: ernest.owu1. e-mail: ernenim123@yahoo.com. In the beginning of December he said he got Russian visa and come to me on 23th of December, he booked tickets, sent Booking confirmed of flight. In two days he said he bought much gold for profit reselling here. I said it's not my business. In one day later he said that he stayed with no cash and wanted to access his AmEx but it doesn't work in Ghana. He tryed everything but no one way worked. I asked him how I can help him. He answered he never takes my money. Next day he said he has even no food to feed a son and must pay a rent house otherwise he risks to stay on the street with a son and asked for me 500$ which returns when we'll meet. I sent. Next day he said he must do some documents for travelling with gold, it costs 1150$. Then I switched on my brains and refuse him. He asked me much, but I was keeping NO. He wrote me on WhatsApp all night to try my best for our happy future. No, no, no. Then he said he'll sell his laptop. Next day he reported me he sold a laptop and even PSP of his son and got only 750$. He asked me add only 425$. I said again NO. He low asking till 300$ and next amount will add from my previous money. NO - was my answer. After this I posted him on russian antidate site and got this link. I was shoked those "his" pics were pics of pornstar!!!! So, that's my bitter experience.
