I was very playful at school and it affected my academic works. I joined the Military academy at the age of 16. I was in the boarding school so my parents visit me once in a while. I didn't spend much time at home. My mom was a head teacher and dad was in the medical field.
I fought in the Gulf war in 1990 to 1991. The gulf war was fought to liberate Kuwait from autocratic rule of the late Saddam. I had a pretty bad experience.
I am an E-6 Staff Sergeant (SSG). I also act as a platoon sergeant in the absence of the Sergeant First Class. I am the leader of my squad. I am a non commission officer and I work in the junior management of the military.
As you already know, I am currently stationed in Baghdad , the capital of Iraq.I have to let you know that I am on my second mission to Iraq and I have already spent 10 months here in Iraq. My first mission to Iraq was in 2003. My mission ended in 2005. When back to the States, I found out that my ex betrayed my love by going in for another man. She cost me a lost. I have recieved two separate emails with this same m/o in the last two days ... two different sets of photos and the military message was attached after we had started a conversation already and had a completely different dialogue going ... wasn't that interesting ... this is from the dude that had come through in the emails from match.com who was military in his original profile picture ... all this after I had already said no to the dude in the first place ... his pushiness piqued my curiosity ... anyway I digress ... am wondering if there is a space on this site for women like myself who are willing to post most of what they have written because I got back here today by googling a string of words ... that's how I found this post on Frank Lind ... what a wonderful resource thanks to the providers

I have been talking to a William (Bill) Haggard, captain.haggard1961@yahoo.com also in afghanistan. His story was his wife died 5 years ago, and after the first time we im he was telling me how much he loved me, but he's story changed every day, I just went along, first he had 2 boys, then it was a girl in college, then a girl that was going to school in Ghana. this had been going on about a week, well he asked me to send him money to come back to states for christmas, I told him if I had the money I would use it to go see me kids for christmas, he got up set. I haven't heard from him since

I have also been chatting with someone using very similar story, only he says his name is Capt Paul Haggard. He said he is in Afghanistan, his wife died 4 yrs ago, has 2 young sons staying with Aunt in Holland. Question were not being anwsered, seemed like everytime I asked a question he would just all of a sudden by "so tired" and would contact me later. Well I really started getting a gut feeling things were just not right. So I went searching and found this site. Now it all just makes sense. Glad I got out before he was able to get anything from me(other than my heart).
